Returns and Refund Policy


Returns and Refund Policy for Lymboo Water:

At Lymboo Water, we value our customers' satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. However, we understand that there may be instances where returns or refunds are required. To ensure a seamless and transparent process, we have formulated the following Returns and Refund Policy:

1. Returns:
   1.1. Lymboo Water accepts returns within mentioned days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
   1.2. The customer must provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or invoice, for a return to be considered valid.
   1.3. Prior to returning the product, the customer is required to contact our customer service team and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be clearly mentioned on the return package.
   1.4. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges incurred during the return process, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

2. Refunds:
   2.1. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will send an email to the customer notifying them of the status of their refund.
   2.2. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.
   2.3. The time taken for the refund to be processed and reflected in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment method and the customer's financial institution.

3. Non-eligible items:
   3.1. Lymboo Water does not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been used, damaged, altered, or tampered with in any way.
   3.2. Consumable items, such as filters or cartridges, are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened, due to hygiene reasons.

4. Warranty and Exchange:
   4.1. Lymboo Water offers a warranty period for its products. If a product is found to have manufacturing defects within the warranty period, the customer can contact our customer service team for repair or exchange options.
   4.2. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper installation of the product.

5. Damaged Shipments:
   5.1. If the product is received in a damaged condition, the customer must notify our customer service team immediately.
   5.2. The customer will be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage, as well as the packaging in which the product was received.
   5.3. Lymboo Water will initiate a replacement or offer a refund for the damaged product, based on the customer's preference and product availability.

Please note:
- Lymboo Water reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the above conditions and requirements are not met.
- Any returns or refunds outside of the specified policy may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
